Description
The JDC Voltex Bumper Quick Release Kit for Evo 8/9 is made specifically for Voltex or Voltex rep bumpers. We've incorporated slotted mounting holes for the ball pins to add additional room for adjustments since all Voltex rep bumpers are not exactly the same. We have a few options for you to choose from by clicking on the drop-down menu. Each bracket can support upwards of 150 pounds, making this one of the strongest kits on the market, and the only one that has optional solid carbon fiber brackets and titanium hardware!
Titanium Hardware:
- Titanium hardware comes standard with a burnt finish, but is available in different colors upon request. Contact us or leave a note at checkout for custom anodized colors on the titanium hardware.
What's Included?
- Choice of black anodized 6061 aluminum or solid carbon fiber mounting brackets for each side of the bumper.
- (4) Quik-Latch Buttons of your color choice (2 for each side)
- Choice of Stainless or Titanium Mounting Hardware
- *NEW* We now include JDC Titanium mounting hardware for the buttons themselves when you order titanium hardware. We're currently the only company in the world that offers this option!
Features:
- Extremely strong black anodized 6061 aluminum or even stronger solid carbon fiber brackets easily handle the extra weight of the Voltex bumper.
- Two buttons on each side help distribute the weight evenly and hold your bumper flush with the underside of the headlights and snug to the fenders.
- Button placement clears the Voltex side canards without any modification to the canards.
- Includes slots for additional adjustments if needed.
Applications:
- This kit is designed to be used with Voltex or Voltex style Evo 8/9 front bumpers. Since every Voltex style front bumper isn't exactly the same, we've added slots for additional adjustments. Make sure to align the pins with your bumper where you want them to sit before drilling any holes!
