Description
The JDC Titanium Coolant Overflow Reservoir Cap is professionally CNC machined from a single piece of 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium. This cap is a direct replacement for many Subaru applications listed below.

Installation Notes: The factory caps are made from flexible plastic which allows them to flex around the reservoir lip when installing. The titanium caps don't flex like plastic and will require you to lightly sand around the top lip of the reservoir cap in order for the titanium part to fit. Lightly sand around the lip until the titanium cap pops into place tightly. Don't worry! The factory cap will still work once the sanding has been completed, so there are no permanent changes made to the reservoir itself. If you are not comfortable making the slight adjustment for this part to fit, please do not purchase.
