Now offered at SP Tuning is a rebuild/overhaul of your 23+ Toyota Corolla GR transmission.
It has now been known that the transmission in the GRC is not exactly the strongest. They synchro hubs have proven to be an exceptionally weak point by chipping/cracking under not only just abusive conditions, but simply spirited driving with an increase of power.
Cusco has released a set of reinforced synchronizer hubs for the GRC application that have proven to be much stronger/more durable than the factory components. The Cusco upgraded synchronizer hubs are a must have for the enthusiast looking to push some more power/aggressively drive their GRC.
Additionally, MonkeyWrench has come out with bronze pads for the shift forks to offer a better engagement/wear life vs the OEM plastic pads found on the forks.
