Description

GSC Power-Division Billet Evo 1-3 and 1/2G DSM Camshafts

Stage 1: The GSC Power-Division billet S1 cams for the Mitsubishi DSM/EVO1-3 are designed for those with the stock turbo up to the GT30/50Trim. These cams will not sacrifice any bottom end loss over stock cams; nothing but gains and will promote faster spooling of the upgraded turbos. Gains of 30-55whp (depending on Turbo) have been seen by simply bolting the S1 cams in.

  • Designed for a rev range of 3000-8000 RPMs
  • 300-450 WHP camshaft
  • Tapped for 98' DSM cam trigger
  • Idle is slightly rougher than stock
  • Upgraded valve springs recommended

Stage 2:

GSC Power-Division billet S2 cams for the Mitsubishi Evo 1-3 and first and second Gen DSM cars. The S2 cams are designed for those with more power in mind or a larger turbo. No low end power is lost vs. the stock cams when used with the larger turbos. The S2 cams will show gains of 50-70whp over the stock cams, and in some cases more in the higher RPMs. Great for 2.0L engines revving to 9000 RPMs or for stroker motors revving to 8000 RPMs. The S2 cams are suggested to run on our upgraded beehive valve spring replacement or can be run at the stock rev-limit and factory boost on the stock spring.
  • Designed for a rev range of 4000-9000 RPMs (2.0L or 3000-8000 2.2L+)
  • 400-700 WHP applications
  • Tapped for 98' DSM cam trigger
  • S2 cams can run on factory ECU with custom flashing

Stage 3:

GSC Power-Division billet S3 cams for the Mitsubishi Evo 1-3 and first and second Gen DSM cars. The billet S3 cams are designed for those running larger turbos - 67mm and larger.
  • Designed for a rev range of 4500-9500 RPMs
  • GSC Beehive Spring and retainer kit strongly suggested
  • Tapped for 98' DSM cam trigger
  • 600-1000 WHP camshaft
  • Idle is rougher than stock

R2 Stroker:

GSC Power-Division billet R2 cams for the Mitsubishi Evo 1-3 and first and second Gen DSM cars
  • Designed for a rev range of 4000-8500 RPMs
  • GSC Beehive Spring and retainer kit required
  • Tapped for 98' DSM cam trigger
  • Idle is rougher than stock

Note: **If using aftermarket cam gears (especially AEM) check the bolt length. Some cam gears are too thick for the OEM bolt on the billet cams, a 40mm underhead length bolt may be necessary in this case**
